By purchasing a product from MyBoyswear.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions;Description of Goods
We make every effort to ensure that all information that may be of use to you is included within the item description including fabric content and sizes. We are also particularly fussy about images used and that colours displayed are a fair representation of the item or garment. However, different computer screen settings can alter the colour that appears on your screen.Stock Availability
Our stock control system on the website is usually very accurate and will give a very good indication of which items are available in the size and colour that you require. However, mistakes can occasionally occur, usually of the human variety (!) and should you order an item which is actually out of stock, we will contact you immediately to advise and discuss an alternative item available or refund.Delivery
All items are despatched on a first class recorded basis, unless a next day delivery is requested. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days but is not guaranteed. Should you need your order by a certain date, we recommend that you take advantage of our Next Day Delivery Option.FREE Returns
There are many benefits to shopping online but no changing rooms!We do our best to be as accurate with our size guides and descriptions but should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it for exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. Please note that items must be returned unused, with original labelling attached and in original packaging.
If possible, use the same packaging and attach the returns label from your invoice. If you don’t have this, please contact us for a new returns label or send to MyBoyswear.com, Springend Cottage, Middle Rocombe, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 4QL. Please obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items before we receive them.

With new stock arriving on a weekly basis and frequent offers and promotions, we like to keep you updated by email. We NEVER pass on your email details to any third party.Should you prefer not to receive these please click on the ‘unsubscribe’ area at the bottom of the email and we will remove your details from our list.
